Justin Schleifer, MD
Dr. Schleifer is a child, adolescent, and adult psychiatrist with over a decade of clinical experience treating youth and young adults and their families in both outpatient and residential levels of care at Bradley Hospital in RI.
He served as Clinical Director of Outpatient Services, President of the Medical Staff, and is an active clinician educator.
He is an assistant clinical professor of psychiatry and human behavior at The Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University.
Dr. Schleifer earned his medical degree at New Jersey Medical School in Newark, conducted research with team at the Center for Suicide Risk Assessment at Columbia University and completed both his adult psychiatry residency and child and adolescent fellowship training at The Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University.
His primary research interest is the exploration of the intersection between mental health and technology. He has been an invited presenter on this topic for students, medical colleagues, and community partners. He has been an invited lecturer on topics including: Psychiatric interviewing, ADHD, Depression, and Social Media/Screen Time.
